Another beautiful remodel!

Another successful renovation for the books!

What a transformation!

We took the ugly dated tile and replaced it with new stunning Travertine tiles.
We ripped out the grey Formica counter top and replaced it with a beautiful Madura gold granite & added mosaic Travertine for the back splash.
It looked so amazing the homeowner decided to use it throughout the kitchen.

Enjoy a few more before & after shots....

Beautiful Kitchen/Bath Renovation

This is one of Degan's favorite remodels in the South side of San Jose.
Our clients allowed us to not only build but also design their brand new kitchen. This kitchen actually wasn't in too bad a shape. It was still in pretty decent condition with the exception of the dated white tile counter tops..yikes...(which are near to impossible to keep clean) & that god awful linoleum flooring.

They wanted a completely different look for their kitchen and left the design in our hands.
We didn't disappoint. SO out with the Old in with the NEW! We replaced the dated materials with new shaker cabinets, granite counter tops and hardwood flooring.
    What a dramatic change!

Needless to say our clients couldn't of been happier with their brand new kitchen and couldn't wait to get cooking.

Fireplace revamped!

With just a few adjustments we turned this ordinary dated condo into a home.

The changes included new color schemes, laminate flooring,
updated baseboards, granite in the kitchen and a facelift for the fireplace!
We took the fireplace and made it the focal point of the home
by refacing it & making the home look practically new!

 Below are a couple before & shots...enjoy!

After demo

Backing to ledge stone running to ceiling

Finished product included low voltage electrical
and feeds in order to mount TV above fireplace and place
media equipment under without any wires showing

Jack Black Ledge stone & Burnished Clay flat interior paint

A solid oak shelf below was sanded and stained to
match laminate and sits just below mounted flat screen

Yard work!

The man behind Degan can never sit still...
hes always searching for ways to improve the pad
Here's another project just for fun!

CUT
PAINT
PLANT
and FILL

I actually got right in there with him! Not afraid to get my hands dirty,
together we chopped down the massive green trees (harder than it looks),
planted two queen palm trees and filled the ugly dirt with medium sized river rocks!
We're thinking of a Zen fountain to finish it off?

What a difference!
